Slide won't come in

Help!! We've got a 2011 Roo 23ss. Went out today to put the slide in, nothing! Everything else in the camper works. Awning, fridge, a/c, heater, radio, all the lights except the one over the kitchen. I checked all the fuses, reset all the breakers in the panel, checked the fuse outside under the frame. all good. I tried manually moving the slide in with the crank on the electric motor. It's very difficult to turn, and the slide doesn't move but the motor itself went all cockeyed. And when I try to manually pull it in, it’s hard to turn, and the motor clicks with every small turn of the crank, and it twists either out or in at bottom, depending on whether I’m cranking clockwise or counter clockwise. We're due to leave next Friday for 5 days at Watkins Glen, and this is my only day off between now and then.

Check along the frame rail from the batteries and see if there is a tripped broker if so push the reset and see if the slide doesn't come in. I would be very careful cranking on a slide where you had to force something.

I looked along the rail, all I see is a 30 amp fuse. Would it look like a standard breaker?

If you have a remote control, try closing with the remote. I've seen cases where either the control panel switch or remote would not operate the slide properly. If neither works, check for a blown fuse. I don't have your model TT so I can' help with locating the fuse.

There's a 30 amp slideout fuse, under the slideout itself.
You have to crawl underneath.
I know cause I owned a 2007 23SS.

Outside underneath the trailer.
Should be in a rubber/silicone cover and near the slide side frame rail.

Don't think you can crawl underneath the slide out, from inside.[emoji6][emoji6][emoji6]

I found that one. It looked fine, replaced it anyway. Nothing.

This happened to my father, and it turned out that the battery terminal and cable needed a good cleaning. Other things worked, but the slide wouldn't move.

I stopped for gas, and the DW had to open up a slide to get something out of our Roo. Thought we were stuck, But when I started my truck engine and disconnected the trailer electric, then replugged it, the slide went righ in. Hope its something simple like that for you. Good luck

So my son in law checked all the electrical from battery to motor. All good. He disassembled the motor housing, the motor appears seized. Couldn't turn the spindle on the motor at all by hand. He took out a plastic gear, reassembled the housing and I was able to move the slide in and out with the crank. It's a Thomson-Saginaw motor. The company appears to be out of business. Does any one have any idea on a replacement?
