Slide wont go out

Getting my Wildwood Xlite ready for first time this year. The only thing that doesn't work is the front motor on the slide. I have determined that the motor needs replaced however the slide is in and the slide needs to be out to replace. Any ideas how to accomplish this? Tried electrically disconnecting the motors and pushed to no avail. I cant get the motor to separate from the shaft so it will push easily. Any ideas will be considered at this point.

Do you have a manual crank handle to move the slide in or out in the event of a total failure? Use it to get the slide out.

I've got all the trouble shooting ideas from lippert. There is NOT a manual crank, however I have not tried the manual override, but if the motor is bad it won't matter anyhow. I will Try it though. The Slide is in and has to come out so I can replace the motor. Still not sure how I'm going to get it out. Thanks for replying. I will let you know what happens. My brother in law is coming over and between the 2 of us we can usually break something!
