Slide won't move in

My Rockwood 8289 WS Fifth Wheel has 3 slides. The large one with the refrigerator and stove moves out ok, but when I try to bring it in it moves about 6 inches and then starts racheting and stops like it does when it gets out all the way and stops. Is there a way to fix thi?

sounds like its binding up and the clutch is slipping like its fully open or closed.

Check for obstructions or maybe it just needs to be lubricated. Use silicone or some other dry lubricant on the mechanism.
