Slideout awning and Jacks not working

Help. I have a 2018 Forest River Wildwood 27dbk and the slideout, awning and jacks aren't working. The fridge microwave and radio aren't working.

Are you hiked to shore power and does it work.. Awnings and Jack's are 12v (possible for fridge as well), micro is 120... Check power pedistal breakers. Check breakers on your panel. Two systems here so if they are both out check the main connector first. Also want to find the resettable breaker for the 12v side. It is usually under the tongue area and is a little silver box and a tiny black button to reset.

I can't get to the panel yet. Need to manually move the slide out. I saw that silver box. Will try that all tomorrow. Thank you.

Does the pedistal have power to make sure you're getting 120 to the camper?

Are you plugged into the power plug with the campers heavy extension cord? If not not of the 120v items will not work.

Depending on how long the camper sat the battery could also die was sitting. So no 12v power.

Ok than I would start with fuses and breakers to ensure juice is flowing. Do you have any interior lights?

Yes we have interior lights. I found where I can get the slide out open manually. I will try that tomorrow so I can get to the panel.

Ok, I'd look at the breakers and check those resettable breakers underneath. They can trip some times without reason.

Went back to the camper today. Manually moved the slideout so I could get to the fuse box. Took out the 30 amp fuse and replaced it with a new one and everything is working fine now. Thank you for all of your help.

Since your new to all of this your furnace, refrigerator control board, jacks, slide outs, and lights all work from 12vdc. Air conditioner and microwave works from 120vac. The fridge will run on 120vac or propane (LP), but if the control board doesn't have 12vdc it will not run on either. Also, your water heater runs on LP or 120vac, the WH control board runs on 12vdc.

“I always recommend these following links to newer RV owners. It explains a RV's different electrical systems, as well as what works off of 120 volt AC vs. 12 volt DC. Not knowing your RV experience, The below is a copy and paste, and I usually recommend it to those just starting out. Some of it, you may already know, or may not be applicable to your particular RV. You will be able to filter out what pertains to your situation or not. I would suggest you read the electric threads and energy management first, and then the converter thread. This will help explain your different electrical systems of your RV, and how they operate...as well as what the converter does. The very first link will explain what operates off what system.” - wmtire

Having interior lights working is not an indication of the shore power working for you. Lights, like most things, run off the batteries. If you have a mains powered device, test it.
