Slideout, Power Awning and stabilizer jacks powerless

Need a little insight to see if I missed anything on my Salem 26TBUD. My slideout, awning and jacks are powerless right now. I have power to everything else but those things. I have checked the fuses in the control panel but those are all working. Am I missing something? Please help

THanks

Are you plugged in to 110V right now? May have an issue with 12V side of the system.

If you haven't already, I would try unplugging the 110V and see if the lights and other 12V stuff works just to confirm.

Are the rocker switches for all 3 in the same panel?

I have unplugged it and when I unplug it nothing comes on in the camper. Which I'm assuming means the battery is dead and isn't charging. Correct?

The converter can run most of your 12v (lights) with no batt. Look at what you are asking it to do. All have motors..... Is your battery connected and fully charged? Does not sound like it. Could have several dead cells or 'shorted' out.

Try this...... unplug the 110v from the land. Back your truck to the camper plug in and plug the 7-way in and keep your truck running. Does your 'motors' work now as the 12v is coming off of a good charged up batt from your truck. If this works your motors. Pull your camper batt and get it 'Load' tested and/or replaced.

Also, check to see if the battery disconnect has been turned off if you have one. Mine is wired so the 12V doesn't work on some things even if being supplied by the converter.

When we went through our PDI, the dealership told us that if we used the remote to open slides, awning, stabilizers, ect. That we would have to use the remote to close them back up. Didnt make since to me, but an idea. Have not seen our remote since the PDI either....hmmmm

Hi,
My coachman works with the remote or the manual switches mounted in the trailer. The dealership lied to you. If they used the remote during your PDI, my guess is the tech put it in his pocket. Call the dealer and demand a new one.
I do have a source for the new LCI remote in this link if the dealer won't give you one. Not sure if you have the same remote as me?
Goodluck,
crunchman

I am sure we still have the remote. Just have not had the need to use it. Already there putting blocks under stabilizer, why not just push the button right by your ear? And I like for someone to be inside and outside while slides are going in/out. Just my preference. Didnt order the remote, just showed up as a freebee.

I was just letting the OP know that you did not need the remote to use the power features like your dealer had mentioned. Sounds like a bad battery but we'll see when he tries the suggestions already given.
