Angry Sloping slide

We have a 2014 Rockwood 26ft TT. Its a long story but we had trouble with the dealer and warranty. The dispute ended up with our problem being a manufacturers defect. That being said now we have the dining/living full slide sloping downward when fully extended. When you sit at the table something round will actually roll off and you can feel like your sitting unleveled. The slide also does not retract fully and you can see the black molding still. They say it can't be fixed. Has any one else had this problem. If so how was it rectified. I know there is adjustments you can make but I think the problem is way bigger than that.

Sloping slide

Is it missing any rollers on the outside edge? If not, can the rollers be raised? As a last resort, there are slideout jacks you can deploy.
