Sunseeker rear slide works intermittently

I have a 2010 Sunseeker Class C RV with what I call a ghost problem. We took it out last weekend and both slides worked perfect when we put them out. I had no issues retracting the front slide, but when I press the button to slide in the back it started then shut off; like a fuse had blown or I lost power. I searched all of the RV and could not find any blown fuses and all I had with me was a test light and I had power. I did find under the slide that wasn’t working a control box. I unplugged every connection, waited 5 to 10 minutes and reconnected. It may be a coincidence, but the slide worked. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, it wouldn’t work I was at home, but after traveling about 50 miles it mysteriously worked. I’m concerned that I either have a short somewhere or that the controller is going bad. I cannot take it to the shop when it’s working and it seems that is the case because it’s working fine again. Does anyone have any knowledge of this controller or has a similar issue? Also, any help in pointing me to where the manual over ride is would be greatly appreciated. I have searched all over and I’m somehow missing it’s location.

You didn't specify the model of your Sunseeker. Was the coach plugged into shore power?

I have the 3170, and the rear slide with 2 motors draws a significant amount of power. I sometimes notice the motor operation to be stubborn if I am using coach battery power only, usually after weekend dry-camping outings. When this happens I start the generator before pulling the slides in, with the 12V charging the system this usually solves the problem.

I have a 3170 as well and yes I was plugged into shore power. The first time it happened I was not and thought maybe it was a battery issue; until it happened again last weekend.
