This can't be good.

I noticed this today while mowing.





Not sure what these are called, I know it's some kind of adjuster.
The ones on the other slides seem to be tightened.



Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to call the dealer?

those do adjust the slide , threading them up if i remember correctly will pull, the top part of the slide in further,down will pull the bottom in further . there are other bolts that need to be loosened to do the adjustments ,looks like they have held things in place if so just snug the adjuster bolt back up . as long as your slide closes evenly your good to go
