Vertical alignment of rear of kitchen Slide-0ut

With my kitchen slide all the way in the top 18 or 24 inches is tight against the seal and then begins to pull away. The last several feet get further away from the seal until it is about an inch away at the bottom. I know some of you have probably experienced this and know the fix. Again the bottom of the slide is further away from the seal than the top is. The front end is perfectly straight and tightly against the seal. I ran it out and in a couple of times but there was no change. Any ideas appreciated. Of course you would know that the warranty expired in July. I have a 7 year extended warranty but don't know if this is covered yet.
