Question Warranty slide issues- what now?

Freaking out a little. Took our 2014 Avenger 32BHS in for winterization and warranty work. The day we brought it home, the living area slide out popped about 4 times when sliding it out the first time. Did same thing when bringing it in. Did not do this at walk thru- though it was already out when we arrived. We were told to enjoy camping unless it got worse and then bring it in for warranty repair. Took it in a month ago. Called today to check in. Was told that they are planning a conference call with Forest River and the slide manufacturer because they don't know how to resolve the issue. Anyone else ever found themselves in this position? Wondering what happens next...

Sound like the dealer is going through the correct steps. They are not sure what to do so they are calling the manufacturer and not just trying to stumble through it and make it worse. I don't see an issue at this point.

Many slide issues are to complex for (Dealer) repair/adjustment,the units must be returned to the F/R factory. Our unit was a member of this group! Youroo!!

Notice in the pictures how the trained factory techs are taking care to protect the floor while performing repairs. LOL!
