What are these?

Can someone identify what these are on the bottom of my slide out and what they are for. I have a 2018 forest river wildwood 28dbud. One of them (brackets?) is loose and one looks bent. Looked thru manual and online, can't find anything as to what they are or what they do.

They're suppose to support the lower skirt. Without them the skirt would flap around.
