Our Class C is a 3011, 2015. Just this past year twice, the larger slide Was going out crooked. Got home, went to push it out again while my husband was outside watching it. Same thing. We looked and looked, I finally noticed that same bracket you are talking about was loose, not a lot just enough to stop the slide from going out on the side with the bracket.
So check these stoppers over time. They do loosen.
