Wiper seal Replacement

On my 2011 Wildwood the slide seals seem to be rotting away. I am looking at replacement seals. The original are separate wiper seal stapled to the camper and then the slide on bulb. Can't I buy the one piece bulb/Wiper rubber seal? Viewing repair videos, that looks to be easier to install.

As long as the profile is basically the same and it seals the gap, it should work fine.
