12v heating pads

Our Silverback has the 12v heating pads underbelly. Is there a temp range that we should turn it on? as the weather starts to get colder? just wondered so our tanks don't freeze.

thanks in advance.

Turn them on if you think that the temperature could drop below freezing...no real harm in having them on even if temperature is above freezing.

Does it matter if you have water in the tanks. I don't like to keep water in the fresh water tank

If all the tanks are empty, there is no need to turn the tank heaters on. If you have fluid in one of them, then turn them on. They don't get hot, just warm.

I keep heat on my CC in the winter and waste in the black water tank. Cool, I will turn on the heat pads. Thanks
