1st Mod even before getting it home

We picked up our new 2019 Cedar Creek 36ck2 on March 22 and did the PDI all was great except we had ordered the 200 watt solar option which included the panels and the controller. When we looked for the controller all we found was the sticker that said this trailer is solar ready. Called the salesman and he looked for it, the dealer techs looked for it and all could not find it so the salesman called the Cedar Creek factory and set up an appointment for the next day as we were driving back home and almost passing it. at the factory we had a Cedar Creek tech come look and he was shocked to see it not there. He was standing in the trailer looking at the sticker and I was standing out side in front of the open door when I saw the controller under the shelf of the front hall closet. I asked if that was it he looked under the shelf and said " ya but why would they put it there?". After about 3-4 other people came out to see they asked if I wanted it moved up where it should be. I said yes and I would make a backer for other hooks.

Well that kind of sucks. Glad they fixed it for you though. We bought this same trailer in January and love it. For 2 people, it is awesome. Heading out tomorrow for a week in Galveston. Then heading out in May for 35 days across the west.

We also love it, now, and will be doing about 3 months in long weekends or 1 week stays this sumer and fall. Did you get the solar option?

No, we did not get the solar option. Don't really seeing ourselves doing too much boondocking so not sure we need it. We got the residential fridge also for that same reason. Love our AC also. Heck, we're just spoiled

Yea we had the same problem with our gen controls they were on the bottom of that same closet. So if you through shoes or anything else in thereby would hit the control buttons for the generator not smart. We moved it up where the other controls were where it should have been in the first place. Must have been a Friday when they installed it [emoji848]
