Sounds like us. We do the same thing. She calls my cell and spots me as I back in. No yelling, no stress, boom, one shot most times. It works well for us too. Enjoy!!!

Us too. The difference with us though is that there is usually some yelling, which I hardly ever hear, (she can't yell very loudly) and me getting out to check if what I thought she was saying was in fact what she was saying, and I am usually wrong (or is that her?).

Hey we were at Tawakoni this weekend, too in site #67... in our "new to us" vacation home ... a small 22 foot travel trailer, a 2004 Pioneer 19t4. Left the 5er at the campground where we workamp cos it's too much hassle to pack it all up and move it for just a 2 night trip. We're getting on up there in years and are trying to learn to pace ourselves. LOL...

Wow, small world. I'm sure we passed right by each other on one of our daily dog walks.

I've seen Toby Mac a couple of times. He puts on a pretty good concert.

I'm fairly new to the scene myself I got my silver back and December have had a few Shakedown runs and a few driveway camping. My wife is still nervous as hell but she's getting better. After a little while will be Pros just like the rest of them.

It just takes time and patience (patience on your part that is). My wife still gets nervous and freaks every once in awhile when we're driving. Usually happens when she's been watching something on her phone and then looks up and sees something in front of us. Good luck with the new trailer.

Haha... you just described MY wife "to-a-tee"! She looks up, screams and then apologizes for over reacting. Scares me to death when she does it... always occures when she is reading or on the iPad and not watching the road as I am.
We only had 10 days making our way from Illinois to Yellowstone and back last September. upon arrival at the east entrance we were informed the park was closed due to snow in the upper elevations and likely would not re-open until the day we needed to head home. Argh! We thought the middle of September would be a great time to visit Yellowstone and hadn't even considered being snowed out.
Enjoy that new rig! We sure do ours.
