My 2012 36 re motorized tv mount is not operative, any suggestions?

Is it a Lippert TV lift ? If so it could be the switch, control box, or trans/motor. I have a Lippert lift, trans. was bad.

The control board is marked Lippert .

It is a lippert, but I can not read the serial number without removing the fireplace.

There is a re-set button on the control board. If that does not work, bi-pass the switch and see if the tv goes up. If it goes up, the switch is bad. If the above does not work it's the trans/motor. I banged on the trans., And it started working again. I have a seven year warranty, so I had the tran/motor replaced.

A couple of jabs with a broom handle temporarily solved the issue, although a new motor will be needed shortly. Thank you Crusader for your assistance.
