2013 roof trusses (strong enough)

I have a 2013cedar creek 34rlsa that has an island sink. I am looking to install a pots and and pan rack above the island. Our pans are all aluminum so there won't be a lot of weight. I am apprehensive about makings holes in a new camper. Has anyone tried mounting things with any luck? I checked the brochure and it says the roof trusses are 2X2 and 16 on center.

Hmmm...I suppose it can be done if you can find the truss centers. How is this going to work around the existing lighting over the island and what would do with it when travelling down the road?

Question

My camper is full time in site. I haven't checked measurements yet. The camper is in Vermont and I'm in Florida. The wife had this idea and I'm just to follow up with a starting plan. We won't be at the camper until the middle of may.
