2014 Cedar Creek 34RLSA

We have narrowed are choices down to a 2014 Cedar Creek 34RLSA and a 2014 Silverback 33RL. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is enough room for the recliners and the sofa to be switched around in the 34RLSA. We really want the recliners to be across from the tv. Thanks, Craig

Yes, you can switch them but, you have to switch back to run the slides in to travel. Get a set of furniture sliders and slide away.

PS. the Cedar Creek is quite a bit more trailer than the Silverback.

The 2014 Cedar Creek 34 RLSA is our fourth 5th. wheel in 6 years. I think we got it right this time. Love the 34 RLSA, right size with all the bells and whistles.

Only had to replace the Dometic Comfort Control II thermostat. It was responsible for the air conditoner short cycling. No other problem.

I have not had to use my bedroom, zone 2, unit much but it still cycles more than the living room A/C. Check to make sure the a/c vent air is not blowing right at the little thermostat sensor on the ceiling, this could cause the short cycle on zone 2. Before the new thermostat my zone 1 a/c would cycle about every 4 minutes, as much as13 times per hour. There is no way to adjust the temperature difference in A/C mode. It acted like it was reading a 1/4 degree difference when it should have been 1 or 2 degrees difference as to not run short cycles. These are very cheap thermostats. Wish a regular Honeywell that you can get anywhere would work with these dual air systems.

Agreed. I have had a couple major problems with my cedar creek cottage. The shower surround developed a crack, it was fixed and looks good. The service tech from ultra glass said it could happen again. The major problem I just discovered, I winterized unit on Saturday, while brining in slide outs one of the control arm brackets bent in, now the slide out will not come in. It looks as though the slide out is not square and none of them will go in.
