So here is what the factory gave me to resolve the issue. My concern is when connected exactly like what they show I have a voltage reading of 26.1. I have not connected the coach and did not turn the battery disconnect on. Just took readings based on the diagram. Anyone know if this is a correct reading? I am concerned that those items in the coach at 12 volts would be fried. Does anyone have this same diagram for their 2015 CC?
I plan to contact Jeff Holmes in the morning but for now the positive cable to the coach is disconnected until I get an answer on what the voltage reading should be.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
