2015 Silverbacks.

I have heard they are starting to make the 2015 Silverback's. Has anyone heard if there are any changes to the 2015's?

Welcome to the forum!

The manufacturers typically start calling them 2015 models sometime in mid to late March. The RV industry isn't like the auto industry...changes are most often done throughout the model year...sometimes more major changes are done in the middle of the model year.

Also manufacturers tend to keep changes close to the vest to protect inventory on the dealer's lots.

I can't help you much but I do know that major changes to a product line usually comes in the fall of the year. The 2015 models they are producing now will have very little, if any changes from the 2014 models. The 2015 models they produce in October of this year might have significant differences from the early 2015 models.

To give you and idea of the significant changes that can be made here are two photos of a 2008 Wildcat fifth wheel.

This was my 2008 Wildcat built in June 2007.

This is a 2008 Wildcat built in November 2007. Big change on the front cap in both design and graphics.

Yes that's the front cap of the of the 2014's built later in 2013. Here's a pic of the front cap on a 2014 Silverback built in early 2013. Both are 2014 models.

The significant changes almost always occur mid-year of the models build year.

The later 2014 only had 2 cathedral slides and 1 flat slide also. I seen about 3 different versions of the year

Also changed the trim around the front closet. Minor, but a change.

At least in Heaven, RVs will be perfect, and I won't have to keep fixing them.
