2017 Cedar Creek 38 EL Champagne Bedroom Flat screen

Question;
How is the TV Removed? I need to check the co-axle cable connection. When on Cable the outside TV (connected to outside cable jack) and Bedroom TV get snowy on most channels. When I disconnect the cable from the bedroom TV wall plate the outside TV clears up. Bedroom TV is snowy all the time. Living room TV isn't affected.
Also, there are two cable wall plates behind the bedroom TV. One is connected to Antennae / Cable. The other is marked Satellite. The Cable / Air Cable jack has two outlets. 2nd one doesn't do anything. Curious that that was supposed to be for?

1st you need skinny arms. Then you need to reach up behind it in the center. There you will fell two push buttons, push them. Then pull bottom of tv out to about 40 degrees and then lift up. You will need 2 people because it is large and heavy. When you put it back make sure you hear the buttons snap in.

in my 38EL, all you do is lift the tv up slightly, then pull out towards you. It's held in by a keyhole mount.

Just grasp the tv on each side then lift and you will have it in your hands. There is a bracket Mounted on the wall with slots, the tv has another bracket that fits into the slots.
