I took it back and they say they couldn't get it to do it for them. I will pick it back up tomorrow and plan on making them show me. Is there something I am not doing correctly when running g the slides out with the command module? My old unit did not have all of this fancy stuff. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.
Our new 37MBH has slide out problems too and post Labor Day she'll be hauled to a dealer for warranty work.
Like yours, I have slides that need major adjustments. One slide is cocked so the bottom extends all the way out but the top doesn't leaving a gap (and it just looks bad). Another slide hits the Congoleum floor when being retracted and it has ripped the flooring.
Seems to me the CC needs to perform some better QA'ing on their rigs prior to leaving the factory. In addition to these slide issues, I have a punch list for them of things that should have been caught prior to shipment (e.g. 1/2" gap between the microwave and cabinetry at one end, A/C unit that isn't square on the roof, etc).
