2nd A/C 2012 Silverback 29RE

I am the owner of a new 2012 Silverback 29RE and after the past couple of weeks of heat I would like to add a 2nd A/C to the rig. It did come pre-wired from the factory for the second unit. I opened up the roof vent in the bedroom and found the power wiring for it but did not find any wiring for the thermostat. I assumed that it would be installed with the ceiling plate controls but I noticed that there are also ducts in there that have been taped off. Do any of you know how Forest River intended for the second unit to be installed? Is there a inside control panel that allows you to control the unit and use the ducting?

Thanks in advance for any information that you can provide.

One other thing I should mention. The rig does have 50A service and a 20A breaker already installed in the panel for the 2nd A/C.

We had the second air installed on our 2011 29RE and with the recent heat wave it has been appreciated. There is no thermostat the controls are in the ceiling.

Headed out today, the temperature is in mid nineties and humidity is high ... The second air unit will pay for itself on this trip.

The second air is not ducted. It really doesn't need to be.
