Yikes! Six weeks of fiddling around before they could deliver it. I hope it works well for you and you don't have to go back for more repairs. For me I'm thinking the 36CKTS is going to be the one. No Schwintek slide, more kitchen cabinets, easy to access bath and bedroom. What happens if the the Schwintek conks out and won't open when you're on the road? No access to the bedroom or the bath..and how do you get in to fix it if you need to do some of the work from from the inside?? Just asking..

For us the 36CKTS was a model very much the same as what we traded-in. DW wanted something different. Schwintek does have a few tricks to put the unit in manual mode to get you back home. On the last unit we put 30,000 miles on it and not one problem with the Schwintek slide. Open and closed it about 90 times.
