38FB2 front toilet

The front toilet seems to not have the initial water start pressure as my other toilet does. There's a slight hesitation when you press the valve, but then the water comes out. The other toilet, as soon as you press the foot valve, the water is going strong. Any ideas, water valve shot, or maybe plugged somewhat? Thanks

I would assume its just the difference in the valves on the two toilets, as long as it fills and flushes and isn't leaking you are ahead of the game.

When I get home, I'm pulling the water valve off, see if something is plugging it.
