Electric or hydraulic? We have the electric and haven't yet had the problem. Seems I did see a couple of threads on here about the hydraulic ones dropping down.Might do a search.I'm pretty sure someone eles will be along to help out.

On a previous 5th wheel, I had a landing gear leg that would creep down while driving. The factory rep. got me into Lippert and they replaced that leg. They said it had a bad o-ring and would not hold the pressure. It didn't leak hydraulic fluid, so I'm guessing it was an internal leak.

my brother has a Design Suites, his was creeping down. He took it to the factory, they did a quick test, replaced the leg.

If there are no leaks and it happens to just one leg, it is an internal leak in that particular leveler. If it happens to more than one leg, it is most likely one of the solenoid valves leaking internally at the pump.

More than likely you have a bad piston seal allowing the fluid to transfer internally bypassing the piston allowing the rod end to drift down.
Salution, warranty should cover it and have it replaced or on your own dime have it rebuilt at a local hydraulic shop.
We have that on all the jacks that are up when it sits for months. Quite frankly, it's easy to ignore. Just retract the jacks before travelling. Unless of course you like to tear into things and burn a lot of time.
