? about frame on the Cottage

I will be taking delivery on a Cedar Creek Cottage in a week and I have lots of questions:

What is meant by cambered I beam?

The I-Beam has been either heated or pressed into a slight arch to compensate for the load that will be put onto it. In this case the I-Beams will be cambered up so when the house is built onto the frame it loads the frame down straight. Can be used to prevent sag in a frame when loaded with weight.

Think of the upward bow (or camber) in a low-boy trailer.
