As stated send all copies of work order to forest river warranty dept. Btw they normally need all warranty items returned to them for reimbursement, is the mobile repair guy going to do that? Turbs
The mobile guy took all the parts. He said he very familiar with Forest River and their rules. We chose not to take it to Camping World because we were all set up. I am going to get everything together when we get back home and tackle Forest River. But thank you for your imput.

Covered or not the important thing is that you got it fixed, didn't have to wait in line behind 8 weeks of scheduled repairs in the shop ahead of you. You had a great family vacation at Disney World. So keep the good memories and delete the bad.
As to if you maybe out the near $500, lets put it into perspective another way. What I'm saying is at Disney just how far does $500 go into days Disney experience? A couple bottles of water, burgers, fries and drinks for one meal in the park, a couple of very small keepsakes, and day or two of golf cart rental.

Have a great Holiday Season and be happy you were some where that the air conditioning was needed.

Our (4) month old unit decided to throw (AC compressor oil all over the roof and down the sides). It was (100 deg F). We called (Coach Net) they had a F/R dealer call us in (1) hr. Dealer said they didn't need to see it since it was pouring oil out of the unit, but they needed it on their lot to use a (Forklift) for R&R. We went and bought (2) Big fans and stayed put. When we packed up we droped the Unit off at the F/R DEALER and they called a week later to pick it up. This was (NOT) our selling dealer,it was the nearest F/R Dealer at the time. Out of pocket cost (2 Fans)! Youroo!!
