We had an appointment with Orvan this past May. He is very thorough, and the work he and his crew did for us was top notch. Having a "guru" like Orvan was one of the reasons that we bought a Cedar Creek.

We have been dealing with Orvan for years. We haul our CC from
Alabama just because of the service we get from his shop. This is the ONLY place that we trust our CC to be worked on. One of his attributes is your rig does not sit around his lot for weeks, he gets you and out with no wasted time. The only down side is that his reputation has brought customers to the extent that a scheduled appointment is the best way to get into his shop.
