What does the retro kit do? Help stabilize the frame to keep it from flexing?

No, what they discovered was the beams were flexing horizontally in and out as you roll down the road. The tubes welded into place prevent the beams from flexing and subsequently keeping the wheels better aligned.

Orvan is the reason I bought a Cedar Creek over a Montana. Plus the wall construction.

Now there are many that have over 100,000 miles on a Montana and I think w good care and an annual trip to Orvan’s you have a good chance for a Cedar Creek to be you last rig.

Merry Christmas!

Orvan & Cedar Creek

I totally agree with Cedar Creek and Orvan. I would never buy used again and if and when we do purchase a different 5th or an RV it will be Cedar Creek line and will drive it directly to Orvan's to have him fix everything that isnt right, even right off the line. I have a 37RTH and we had one problem that then lead to 10 pages of things wrong with it from the factory. Denise from Cedar Creek and Orvan from Amish Family have treated us right and as you are all aware already that have experienced work with Orvan. He is the one that eases my mind of owning a Cedar Creek.

I have the forever warranty and we take our 5th wheel back each season for full walk thru. I strongly feel that even if i didnt have the warranty i would still take it back each season knowing i will be able to keep my 5th wheel for a very long time keeping in new condition!!!!
