Any CC company representatives participating on this forum?

I have recently moved from a Sabre to a Cedar Creek. One of the valuable assets on the Forest River Palomino forum was the participation from a couple of the Palomino company representatives, Sabre and Columbus. On two occasions the Sabre representative helped me with small warranty items, cabinet hardware, and a key issue, which saved me from having to travel back to the dealer. I thought this was the best thing since sliced bread. This not only saved me time and money, I am sure it saved Palomino cost associated with paying a dealer for warranty work. A win, win for all.
Now that I am over 150 miles from my Cedar Creek dealer, it would be nice to have this kind of support on this forum.

Don't know if any are watching the forum threads, that could be a full time endeavor itself.

Cedar Creek has undergone some personnel shuffling of late. My suggestion to address specific problems contact the Cedar Creek Customer Service Department directly (260) 593-2326. They continue to be really busy what with a banner year & all, have patience, leave message and they will answer you in time.

If you have time, a factory visit & tour will give you a lot of answers & insight to where Cedar Creek is headed and what/how stuff works in each models.

Beware, be wary of what a salesman says, verify before acting on it! Most don't have personal experience with the coach your investigating!

Travel safe & enjoy your journeys!

When I toured CC last fall with my new 34RLSA Kevin was the service mgr. They now have a new and able service mgr. Kevin didn't quit he got pushed upstairs at another FR division. And by the way, Kevin had over 126 stitches sustained fire fighting. A true American Hero.
