That location tells the story. That is next to Crystal River and Homosassa
Springs.

WINTER MONTHS are the $$$$ making months from snow birds.

I suggest you call a few of the larger RV parks, found on the internet. Start with ROCK CRUSHER CANYON. Simply inquire who they recommend to their snowbirds who need service help. Generally they all know a local roving mechanic. They would not steer you to a dummy! It is a HUGE park and sells out every winter.
There are other large parks in the area. Seek them out!
Hint: just get the info. No one at the resorts can help outside of recommending a reputable tech.

I have a 32RL with a residential refrigerator and a 1000 watt inverter. I didn't get a lot of help from the dealer I brought from, Tom Johnson in Marion, NC. I wonder if it's gotten better now that Camping World has brought them out.

I agree you've been getting bad advice. Find a new repair shop. Suggest a place that either ONLY repairs RV's OR just has a minor sideline selling used models but lives on repairs.
Hopefully someone in the area can give you a good suggestion. A lot of the big parks use mobile services that bring everything they need to your place & can do most repairs on site. Here's a listing of the nearby repair services from Yelp that you might find handy. Good luck.

If you are in Lecanto, call Tri-Am RV in Ocala. They are an outstanding dealer and sell cedar creek. Ask for Curtis, he is the sales manager. They will want to look at it, order the parts then schedule the repairs once the parts are in. Depending on what is needed the parts may take a couple of weeks to arrive.

Poor service

Almost sounds like a Camping World moment and yes you deserve attention and a fix not a pause for effect.

Goldenmermaid, I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you've experienced with your Cedar Creek fifth wheel, and even more concerned with the advice and lack of responsiveness to which you've been subjected.

Please go to the source for suggestions on what might need to be addressed and where you might find quality, reliable assistance in your area. If you'll call Henry Sears in the Warranty and Service Department at Cedar Creek, I think he'll be able to help you. You can reach Henry at (260) 593-4000, or by e-mail at hsears@forestriverinc.com.
