Ask ten people and get ten different answers!
I used the NuFinish for years on all my vehicles and tt's. It's not a wax, but rather a sealant that can be applied in direct sunlight. Easy on and easy off. Last just as long as any other.
However, this summer I've used Protect-All. It's good for any surface, fiberglass, paint, metal, glass, wood, rubber, etc....
It's really easy to apply. I did my 34' tt in less than an hour. It really does a nice job. It's good for 3 to 6 months, but since it's so easy to apply that's not a big deal. I'll probably continue to use it.
Protect-All makes many different products for cleaning and maintaining your RV and I have also used their rubber roof treatment. It's also very easy to apply and made the roof look new.

Anything they use on fiberglass boats. When you think about it boats see much more abuse.

turtle wax ice. No white crappy residue anywhere, can cover everything. Makes all the plastic on vehicles look brand new!

I use Turtle Wax express shine. I have an excellent shine with this. Works great. Gives a nice smooth finish.

Does that turtle wax ice work real good? A friend of mine recommend that but I haven't got none yet.

Nufinish...liquid form.. easy application polish, not wax, that requires about 2 applications a year and provides great protection against wind ,rain, road grime, tree sap, bbq sauce, etc.

Hey grhodes50,
How many arms do you have? Took me about 6 hours to do my 35' VLite with 3.5 bottles of Protect All. Of course, I did everything: windows, skirting, tires, ladder, tongue(not mine but the trailer). I used a microfiber towel to apply then used a dry microfiber towel to dry and finally another dry one to buff till shine. Did it the first of August so it should last a while since I keep the buggy indoors.

It took us about 6 hours - turtle wax ice wash and synthetic wax - one washing one drying.
Some good info here: Boat & recreational vehicle detailing

We definitely did something different. 3.5 bottles? I used about 3/4's of a 32 oz bottle. Directions say to apply sparingly, so I did. Could that be the difference? I applied evenly with a micro towel, then wiped and buffed with another. I did the windows and trim, but not the tires.
This picture was taken last weekend. It's the most recent I have that shows the shine. It also had been 3 weeks and over 300 miles since I last washed and used Protect-All.

I guess I don't do anything sparingly.

Thanks.
This pic shows where that satellite came down last week!
The Protect-All worked great. Didn't even leave a mark!

Maybe I need to use the rest of that 4th bottle to get a satellite signal to come in better. Of course, it might help if I had a dish to start with!
May have to get one when I get older!

I use 3M Marine Cleaner and wax ( Amazon.com: 3M Marine Cleaner and Wax (16-Ounce): Automotive) a little pricey and not as easy to apply and remove as car waxes however the finish is amazing and loooong lasting.
