Broken Gear On 36rdqs

I recently broke 2 teeth of the read den slide of my 36rdqs. Lippert is no help. Been on the phone with them numerous times and nothing. Very hard to find the gear so that my slide will move evenly. When I open the slide and the gear travels across the missing teeth, the right side of the slide jumps forward, the slide turns sideways by about 3 inches and of course then stops. It can be opened but you need 3 guys to do it. The manual control doensnt help for the same reason. The gear is 1 3/4 inches across, 7/8 inch wide and 18-20 teeth (can only count as many as I can see). Any help on where to find this part would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Try this place. Venture Manufacturing. They have helped RVers before with parts and units.

Try this # for Steve Hicks @ Cedar Creek.260-593-2326. Have the last 7 #s of your VIN# ready. If he can't help, he will tell who to call to get help.
