Considering a 36CKTS. Does any one know where I can get a build sheet on this?

What I was hoping to find is a build sheet with all the pricing information. I am also considering a Heartland Big Country and a Columbus. The dealers on these two, gave me a build sheet with the prices included. I have seen this particular Cedar Creek model at the RV show, the dealer and on line all with MSRP's that aren't close even thought they appear to be equipped similarly. I had placed this model on my probably not list, but after looking at it again at the dealer this weekend there are some features that caused me to put it back on my list. The salesguy mostly double talked me.

Your not going to find pricing from the manufacture you have to talk to a dealer !
Dealer is the only one that can price options as well .... its not like buying a car !

start a google search for make and model and go from there !

And dont stop at one price around PRICES WILL VARY THOUSANDS !

where ya from ??

Fort Worth TX. Guess I could ask another dealer. There is more than one within a short drive.

Don't forget to check some of the wholesalers. Even if you dont buy from them, you might be able to use a quote as some leverage to work down the locals. Every shell of ammo you can get is worth it.

Yeah I have at least 10 reputable dealers w/in an hours drive. I don't think there is a brand I can't go and see if I wanted to, lol.

We just purchased a 2013 36 CKTS and all we have today about it is WOW! What a rig? We considered Mobile Suites until sticker shock brought us back down to earth. After owning Montana we didn't want another, Heartland seemed to be just another brand of Keystone. We wanted the fit & finish, attention to quality we find in the Cedar Creek. Our predlivery x went off almost flawlessly and after 10 days we still don't have a list of warranty issues, that says it all for us.

It's been a week today since we picked up our 2013 Custom 36 CKTS Cedar Creek. No doubt about it, this is by far the best Cedar Creek we have purchased. Cedar Creek has definitely improved on their product and Nationwide RV's preparation and service was exceptional.
We drove down to Memphis yesterday on I55, busted up old concrete highway. I thought for sure we would have some issues.....wow! Not even any loose trim or screws. Needless to say we are both extremely happy with our new Cedar Creek.

So far it is great. I love the ice maker and the wife loves the size. Invertor seems to work well when fridge is not plugged into power

We were very fortunate, my wife and I bought an '06 Silverback 31LRLS the first week in December and after speaking to Cedar Creek today the gentleman informed me that we had all the bells and whistles with the exception of the dinette set ( we have the booth) and the thermopane windows. We picked it up for $8,000 below book, and it looks like it was never used. Honest truth! We believe it was a repo. To those who have lost theirs, our apologies.

We took the 18' and are lovin it large, don't know how we ever survived without one before. The 4 golf cart batteries & inverter are great & to have the ice maker full on arrival for that first "cold one" is outstanding. Visit Walmart though, and pick up enough 2' compression curtain rods, if not the fine roads we travel today will certainly have you picking up the contents from the floor. (I trimmed about 4" off each part to make them fit. The RV store is not outfitted to handle refers this large)

X2. We priced out our unit at two wholesalers and then used their prices to send to four local dealers. The local dealer we bought from beat the wholesalers price by a coupla thousand.
