Busy-- New Pantry, Installed EMS and Sub Panel

Ripped out the existing shelves next to the refer and installed a slide out pantry. Works great....
Installed Progressive Industries 50A hardwired EMS.
Moved three electrical circuits from the AC panel to a new sub panel mounted in the basement in preparation of adding solar to the 5er next month.

Can you elaborate on how you made the pantry?

I removed the four wooden shelves (lots of staples,go slow), added a 1x6 on the bottom and to the top of the cabinet to support the full extension rails of the new pantry frame. I reused two of the shelves (paneling) on top of the 1x6s to finish out the cabinet.
Once the pantry frame was secured I used 5-inch baskets on one side of the pantry frame.

DW is happy, life is happy....

If anyone is interested I have the same type of pantry I took out of my Berkshire. Main frame is 24 inches deep and can adjust in height from 48 inches to 61 inches. I have 7 baskets. PM me if interested.

My 2003 Cardinal had the same pantry. Here's what I did.

Original pantry

There are two drawer guides on the bottom and one on the top in the center. Shelves are adjustable. I took the hinges off the door and mounted it to the new pantry.

Drilled a hole on the side of the door for lock to slid into.

My MH came with that type of pantry DW made the mistake of putting a salt container in there which spilled. It's very hard to get all the salt out of there. Needless to say after 2 years had to replace the slide out due to rust. So don't do as we did, store the salt else where.. HAPPY CAMPING
