Yes, if you have a regular 30A to 110V adapter just plug into a standard outlet (preferably not one with ground fault) Just can't run everything such as the AC.
Second this....tried in the fall to pug in only to find out my house GFI and the Camper GFI were doing battle. The converter to charge the batteries is on the same circuit as the camper GFI....In the process of planning a dedicated RV panel attached to my garage so that the AC can be run while loading up among other things.
I forgot to say, in regard to keeping batteries in good shape, a tender will be far more energy efficient than the converter will be. I'd love to have a 30A outlet near my camper, that way I could run an extension cord through an adapter for a tender and then be able to plug the rig in to run the AC when cleaning or prepping.
