CC Supervisor/Manager contact info?

Does anyone have an email address for an upper level manager at CC?

The warranty administrators for both the east and west coasts are not replying to my request for assistance.

When I had this issue I called forest river directly. I found a number on the web site and gave it a shot. I provided the unanswered emails and the false promises that spanned 2 months. This is when the ball started rolling and I was very happy in the end... they even provided corrective actions they took to address the problems that I encountered and unfortunately one of them was a reassigned or fired employee. Good luck!

There is also a (CC Pay to Play Club) they were on the Infield of the Race Track during the Frog Rally this year. Someone in that group should know a Upper Phone # for CC! Youroo!!

They boast: customer satisfaction. Get to the source and step up the pressure on the corporate goals.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR ENERGY SLAMMING LOWER MANAGEMENT.

Just state your plea for HELP!! It will roll downhill on it's own.

I have always found that after trying to resolve at a lower level, time to step up. At this point you want HELP!
It was your $$$$ spent!

As hard as it seems, remember Peter is likely not aware of your situation. Give him a shot at assisting!

CC Mgmt Contacts

Denise Davis is an excellent contact in Quality Customer Service she helped us big time on our list of 30 warranty issues. Trailer 38FL was returned to factory for three weeks last September. (260) 593-4000 EXT.20211
The new GM and President is Craig Clair. His phone at the office is (260) 593 2402. His cell is (574) 361 8473.
Hope this helps, our dealer was not up to the level of problems and some of the problems were were mag or English problems only repairable at the factory.

You are welcome. My new phone does not like abbreviations, so Eng. turned out English when I meant Engineering and my Mfg turned out mag when I meant Manufacturing. Denise''s boss is the Q.C. Mgr. and I think I can get his name but some of my old messages reside on my old S4 phone. We were quite disappointed with our CC to begin with, but Denise and her staff made things right!
