They were surprised that a 2 year old tire with less than 6000 miles would do this... I did hear a Camping World sales person say that a tire doing this wasn't possible.... So wanted to share! We have new tires all the way around!! That blowout caused 2k in damage.. Ouch!

So a total of 16k and a 2100 pin weight. I would think that 6.7 would pull the snot out of it. Add some air bags if needed.

Good observation. Almost too clean of a skin. Maybe this will start some better legislation of what we use on our highways.

I also bought a 2015 34RL and it just came in at the dealer. The brochure indicated 11,440 dry weight but the actual weght is 12,800 lbs. Consdeering load and everything, I definitely will go with a 1 ton truck that will give me a minimum 3,800 load capacity.

Hi; Congratulation on the new trailer. Could you please answer some questions for me on your trailer you just received?

1. What options did you order? Such as side by side refrigerator; ottoman; thermopane windows and or washer dryer style.

2. What type of tire was delivered either LT or ST style?

3. Do you know what the CSA seal & construction consisted of?

I am trying to figure out how the trailer was 1400 LBS over advertise shipping weight.

Thanks

Jim

Back in the day when we were starving college students, DW was a tire adjuster. When a tred comes off like that it is a retread
