When we did our PDI the dealer dedicated a very knowledgable technician to our PDI. He found most of those same items we pointed out; he had a solution or plan to get it repaired in short order. He worked with us, demonstrating any system operation or item we that had questions on. On items that were outside that dealers capability, as well as those items that were within, he coordinated with FR/Cedar Creek warranty administrator (Justin Day Ph: 260-593-2598). Before we hitched up to leave, FR, the dealer and we had a clear picture of what was needing further attention on the trailer. Did he find every flaw, no but the PDI identified the majority of problems before we took ownership of this beautiful trailer.

So this is the first pic I have of my
Fiver at the dealer. I still have to wait to pick her up. Oh and thats my 2001 Vette with 45,000 miles.

Good lookin Creek & your ride ain't too bad either. Any timeline on when parts arrive/ get replaced?

Thanks. As far as the trailer, nothing yet, they are "supposed" to make it a priority today but as far as I know they havent truly diagnosed it yet. They took it to their shop but havent looked at it yet, so the problem I was told was just speculation I guess, by the make ready guys. So I am still waiting.

Hi - am waiting with baited breath!!! I too have this model on order - and pray it has no issues as I am in the UK which is where the unit will be shipped when she's built! (a couple of months away)
Fingers crossed she's perfect - I don't think the manufacturers warranty will cover me over here! (although to be fair there are enough dealers over here to sort any issues, and the company I'm dealing with are good as gold in the UK!)
Looking forward to your further reports!

First welcome to the forum Dave. I will be glad to keep you and everyone informed. Wow that is a long way to ship the trailer, I am sure you will be the envy the town with a new Creek.

Well I now know I WONT be upgrading to one of these...holy cow. You'd think it would be cheaper to just hire someone at FR to sit there and act like they are camping for the night everytime a trailer is finished. 75% of there business must be warranty repairs.

Interesting comments guys!

However - bear in mind that whenever things are bad or go wrong - everyone knows about it - when they are good - who ever says anything positive!!!

Its fair to say that over here (UK) Cedar Creek are considered one of the highest quality units currently regularly imported - so I remain confident
