Our fridge (residential) is in the slide out and the water valve for the Ice Maker is located outside under the slide - it is a small push/pull valve and you need to push it IN to turn the water on.

Gordo,If it is 25* out and you have an exterior water valve in use you
have a problem. Also, the standard slide mounted valve works backwards.
If your fridge is next to your oven, look behind the panel that is
hidden behind the drawer under the oven. If not,
look under the sink for the valve on the supply line. If its not
in one of those places I'm out of ideas.

Unfortunately, that's not unusual. They either pinched the plastic supply line on installation or did not correctly tighten the
compression fitting. I know of one 36 series owner that installed an access door
so he could blow out the line or change
the solenoid valve. A bit extreme for me.
I'm one of the lucky ones with no leak.

yes on the 2013 CKTS the valve is on the outside of the slide, totally unprotected fro the temperatures, seems CC still has some engineers that don't think water freezes, mine froze and split on our last trip.

Mine is on the inside and protected but I wonder when they winterized it if they did it all the way threw the ice maker? It goes in on monday for some other things so I guess we will see

Factory winterizing is air. There is no actual water test so no pink stuff. Don't
know about yours but my icemaker supply line has a drain. The good news is that I will probably never use it cause I don't winterize.

I just cut the water off going to the fridge and let the ice maker cycle a few times. This pumps the water out so you don't have to run anti-freeze through it...
