Cedar Creek cottage windows not draining

2017 Cottage. Window on the rear of dining slide was leaking, filling up inside track. Duct taped all around seal, stopped the leak. FR replacing that window. Just found another one doing same thing. Doesn't seem to be draining fast enough, so window and screen tracks filling up, overflowing to the inside track. Pulled the seal, and all weep holes are clear. Not plugged. Anybody else run into this issue at all? Tried sealing all around the outside seal but that's not it. Enough water got in to start side table to delaminate by sitting on it. Any info assistance would be appreciated. All other windows are dry, but gives me no confidence that they won't fail in the future. Thanks!

Did you actually look in the track to ensure there is not debris along the track blocking the weep holes. Also ensure the inside of the weep holes are smooth with no raised edges from where they were punched during mfg. Just something to check.
