Gees, a used 2014? Have thought about selling ours cause I'm getting burnt out on fixing stuff, but then again, I might be close to the end of our "1 year" problems. I love our 35QB4, but it has been one of the more problematic RVs that we have owned.

A family bought it last fall but quickly learned that they were not made for camping. ;-) they sold it back to the dealer and bought a house at the lake. Good for us....we bought a brand new rockwood Signature Diamond edition travel trailer last year and my husband bought a new truck this year and wanted a fifth wheel so this is giving a good bang for our buck, since it's a awesome deal compared to a brand new one. Fifth wheel bunkhouses are hard to find in our area also.

Always exciting to get a new big toy! We got ours just 5 weeks ago and it's only 62 miles from home in the mountains. Only spent a few nights in it and one day trip to it. Daughter is about to present 3rd grandchild anytime. I am designated to drive her to the hospital!
Anxious to install my 2 Fantastic Fan vent covers. Also to try out the new Dish Pathways 2x satellite antenna.
All fun!
ENJOY YOUR NEW RIG!!

After all the delays finally picked it up yesterday. Had to hurry and pack as we are camping this weekend. Walk through went great, but when we got home and started packing found a few minor issues. Nothing that I can't fix.

Last 2 cruisers I owned years ago were from Greg Miller, Syracuse, NY. Both boats were named "MillerTime". I changed the names of course. Great name if "Miller" is your name.

Yep it is!!
Luke Miller, no kin to anybody in ny though.
I thought about putting it on my boat, and on the back of the camper and truck. But I'm sure someone would think I'm just a heavy drinker

Maiden voyage complete with no major issues!!! Just a few things that I need to research to figure out how the work. The big question that I have is the black and grey tanks. I've been told there are 2 black tanks and 2 grey tanks, but there are 5 dump levers. There are 3 in the basement and then 2 toward the back of the coach. So was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on this?

You have 3 grey and 2 black. The "galley" tank is for the kitchen sink and aft bath sink, the "bath" is for the shower and front bath sink, and the rear grey tank is for the outside kitchen. Not sure where the washer prep dumps. Then of course a black tank for the rear toilet and a black tank for the front. And as an FYI, the front black tank flush fitting is for the rear tank and vice-versa.

That is interesting on the tank flushes. Explains a little. My next question is how big are the holding tanks? I've been told all tanks are 80 gallons except for fresh water which is 64.

According to the specs on the website, we've got 80 gallons of gray storage and 80 of black total capacity. That's across 3 and 2 tanks respectively. How much we really have is up for interpretation. The other models spec 80 gray (2 tanks) and 40 black (1 tank). With that logic, the tanks are 40 gallons a piece. But that would put us at 120 total gray (40 x 3), which doesn't match the website. So did they downsize our tanks? Is the website wrong?
Is "big enough" an acceptable answer?

I never could get a real good answer out of cedar creek when I called them on the tank capacities. They had even told me 50+ on one. Who knows. I know they're big enough for our family. Maybe I'll experiment one day.
