Champagne OneControl RV wifi gateway

Anyone familiar with how to link/connect this (which came with my RV) to modem?

My 34RL2 came with the wifi router and signal booster however, there is no way to access it through MyRV. CC told me they just decided not to install that capability therefore making the wifi router pretty much worthless.

I'm going to connect my laptop directly with a cable and see if I can login and find some way to activate it. I would really like to have the signal boost capability.

I gave it a try today and didn't get anywhere, nothing. Was hoping to be able to get to a login screen but no go. I may hold off removing it and attend the FROG rally next summer in hopes a CC person will help. CC Customer Service is clueless on this subject as well as my dealer.

I had the same question and they said it was a closed system only meant to control the MyRV functions. So we installed an Alfa wifi booster system from RV Technologies and mounted the antenna on the roof. One good thing is that your MyRV can't be hacked into or receive a virus.

I access my router just fine. I logon to router and my wireless printer is connected to router. I connect to printer thru this router.

There would be router mounted somewhere.

Does anyone know where the router is located or accessable from in a cedar Creek 38ck?
