Champagne Solar contoller issue

The 'Go Power! 30 Amp PWM Solar Controller' interior display is blank and won't display anything (never has; but was always stored inside until yesterday).
Has anyone had this issue or know a remedy? I have already checked to see if any connections were loose; they are all secure. My inverter is in the off position; turned it on and still no display on solar controller. Thank you

Look for a wire that may have come off the battery.

Remove the controller.
You should have dc voltage on the battery side, and the pv side.

We had a different problem where the system never detected Sun. Found the wires from the PV array were actually pushed into the controller too far. Once I corrected it, worked fine. The 12 volt could be the same. Here's the contact info for tech support. They were very helpful.
