Not many park model owners here.

There are a few here that might respond.

There are 3 at the campground where we have a seasonal site. One couple had a few minor problems that the dealer took care of. All 3 couples really like their cottages.

Cedar Creek Cottages

In Titusville, Florida we have one of the 3 cottages.
2 are the 40CCK and one is the other 40??? model (opposite).
We have modified ours at the hamper closet in the bedroom. We cut it out and added a sliding door to make accessible storage.
Changed the closet clothes bars to be normal round rods.
Added outside window screen materials to reduce sun direct heat.

Thanks, Gary! I wondered about the hamper. Seemed like a waste of space.

our dining area slide windows and bedroom window have the added screen materials.
We bought the 6' by 10' fabric and glued the snaps around the window glass.
Amazon has a kit with snaps that does great. Cuts the heating of the glass well.
Added reflective film to the sliding doors to also reflect heat.
Our dining area faces south and the winter sun has an effect.
Also put some on the couch front windows.
Gary

need a link to material?

etcmss, I see you get up about the same time I do. We just bought a used 2014 cottage 40CCK. On the walk through today the sales rep could not find the switch for the 4 small round lights over the sofa area. The two light switches behind the recliners control the middle 4 lights and the lights over the table. Where is your light switch for the 4 lights over the sofa?

Thanks
