Custom cover vs. Universal fit cover
We are going to store our Cedar Creek 36RE next to the house this winter. We are going to put a cover on it. That decision has been made. I really don't want the RV sitting out in the wind, snow, ice, etc. during a northern Indiana winter. Now we need to decide whether to use a universal fit cover or a custom fit cover. The cost difference between the two types is significant, and I don't want to spend money I don't have to spend. We do plan on keeping this RV for a long time, so maybe the investment in the custom fit cover would be a smart thing.
Does anyone have any experience with custom covers vs. universal fit covers? Do the universal fit covers really fit most 5th wheels?
If you use a cover, what did you decide to do?
Thanks for your help and advice.
Mike
