Damage repair

Hello, we have a new 2013 CC 36 ckts that was damaged by the truck driver during delivery. We are looking to talk with someone knowledgeable about replace the lower wrap on the door side. Ours has a dent in it. The hired RV serviceman would like to speak with a CC rep that knows how to do this. Does anyone know the number to contact the CC service manager?

Any help is appreciated.

BoatDude,
Delivery damage should be memorialized on your PDInspection sheet and the dealer must repair the damage. The factory warranty rep for East of the Mississippi is Danette Ray. Her phone number is 260-593-2425 and her email address is: dray@forestriverinc.com. I'm thinking that she will coordinate the repair and provide the necessary resources to the warranty repair facility.
Hope this helps.

The rv repair man who contact us said the truck driver was responsible for the repairs not the dealer that uses them. Sounds wrong to me...the dealer said they would make it right...but now it seems the truck driver is trying to find someone to do it as cheap as possible. Thr rv guy received the new part...but it not sure the details on changing it out. Making us very nervous. We are in indiana....I may try and call your number...thanks.

I hit a post that folded a side panel and damaged the rear cap. Our RV servicer worked direct with Danette to get parts and information they needed to make the repairs.

Cost - The side panels and misc parts were all less than $150.00 - Labor for fixing the fiberglass and paint.. much more.
