I do not like how small those wheels and tires are on those "trailers". The smaller the tire the faster it spins. The fast the tire spins, the fast the tire wears and the warmer it can get. Also the fast the tire spins the faster the bearing spins, spinning the bearing faster causes wear and heat causing failure...

I know they have been out and tested for some time without too much issue that I have heard of. But I still don't like them.

The FAQ section addresses a lot of questions including tires and has pictures of various hookups. http://www.cruiserlift.com/swivelwheelfaq.html
I don't have one of these...but it WAS developed as a 5th wheel solution to eliminate the problems and legalities surrounding towing 2 trailers. Worth a read if you face this problem like the OP I think.
I may be adding their #58 model to a class A if the standard class 3 hitch can't be beefed up to carry a 700 lb. load on the tongue from a 2 bike carrier and 2 scooters.
I am presently hopeful of adding one of these:

But the swivelwheel WILL work for me if this does not!

The warranty rep for Cedar Creek in the eastern U.S. is a lady named Danette Ray phone #260-593-2425. Give her a call, then she can explain to you how you are about to invalidate your warranty. Real nice lady, very helpful. I've dealt with her a couple times on warranty items.

I have a 2011 Cardinal that came with a two inch receiver hitch from the factory and pull a UTV on a single axle trailer. The frame is plenty strong enough as your tongue weight will be less than 200 lbs. I can't see where FR would void your warranty unless a failure was directly related to your hitch. Does your state allow double towing? Co does with a max length of 65 ft.

If you put a larger hitch on your CKTS, it'll void the warranty
